SOURCE SOFTWARE LLC provides software development, IT consulting, web application development, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as needed for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials or content you provide
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the project agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work products created specifically for their project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies that may be used in delivery. Specific intellectual property terms will be detailed in project agreements.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOURCE SOFTWARE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated in project agreements. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
