We developed an integrated property management platform with a tenant-facing portal. Tenants could pay rent online, submit and track maintenance requests, and communicate with property managers through the system.
The maintenance management module automatically routed requests to appropriate contractors, tracked response times, and maintained a complete history for each property. Property managers could see all pending and completed work at a glance.
